How long will my order take?
Kooki U posts to addresses in Australia using Australia Post. Packages should arrive between 5-7 business days after your order is placed (in most cases earlier). Your orders are posted from Brisbane, Australia and are shipped the next business day when your payment has cleared.
All items will be carefully protected with bubble wrapping and placed inside our cardboard pillow packs to protect them during delivery, however we are not responsible for the package once shipped, it is in the hands of the shippers and out of our control.
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 AUD within Australia. This will be added on to your purchase during the checkout process.
If you require Express Post Delivery the cost is $14.95 AUD for up to 500g within Australia, please ensure your postcode is in the Australia Post Express post network (otherwise next day delivery is not possible). Orders received will be posted on the day received or the next business day. Weekend and Public Holiday orders will be posted the next business day.
All delivery services are tracked automatically throughout their delivery journey by Australia Post. By purchasing with us you are authorising the passing of customer email and mobile phone details to Australia Post for the purposes of providing tracking notifications.
International Orders - Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties.
We ship overseas to New Zealand, China, United Kingdom and USA. However, nail polish is excluded from international shipping as it is considered hazardous. A flat rate of $29.95 AUD applies to international orders. Please allow up to 28 international business days for your goods to arrive. Orders will be shipped with DHL Commerce or Australia Post.
International Customs fees, taxes and duties which may apply to any order are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require any information regarding these fees.
What is the Return Policy?
If you have any issue with your Kooki U purchase, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 7 days of ordering.
For Health and Safety reasons we cannot accept returns on any make up cosmetic products, but please contact us if you have any concerns. We are here and waiting to help you out.
What if my item is faulty?
Kooki U wants you to be super thrilled with your order every time. All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, which means we will give you a replacement or refund for any major failure.
